Robert's tax practice is devoted to representation of individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates and other taxpayers, both domestic and foreign, before the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, State Board of Equalization, California Employment Development Department and other state and local tax agencies.

Robert frequently speaks on procedural tax topics at advanced tax seminars and before major professional organizations, including the UCLA Tax Controversy Institute, the USC Institute on Federal Taxation, the California CPA Education Foundation and the California CPA Society.
